She can only wonder, At the others, Who know so much, Her sisters and brothers.
She feels alone, Though she is crowded, And she lurks in shadows, Of the things clouded.
Her form is hidden, From her sight, So many things, Kept from the light.
Many strive, To be of help, But leave her drowning, In the kelp.

The Darkling's TaleA star shines, In the Darkened sky. We see a cluster, Of shining stars, But that star, Is quite alone A part of me, Sympathizes, A part of me, Hates. Thoughts hit me, And I'm a step closer, To an edge I had ignored. At the bottom, The moon reflects, Off of a murky puddle. I can't help it. I jump. The puddle is my soul. The water clouded, Like my heart. I turn to the choices, I have made, Paths I have walked, And those I have loved. One stands out,The Darkling's Tale
